A.D.D HYPOCRISY

Sometimes you cannot pay attention
Sometimes you over analyse  
Sometimes you jump from distraction to distraction
Sometimes you are absent in mind

Sometimes you are inexhaustible
Sometimes you are exhausted

The list goes on, on and on as far as the eye can see
A condition you may or may not have herd of, surrounded in controversy.

Attention Deficit Disorder, also known as ADD
Not just word but a way of life, for others as well as me!

On the surface you see us like you
The only difference is that we don't try
And that the challenges we face are the same as yours
But the difference with us is that we lie!

Let us go on a little journey now, into the world of the ADD mind
A world of clashing thoughts and sounds, a place of another kind

...Sometimes you cannot pay attention
Sometimes you over analyse  
Sometimes you jump from distraction to distraction
Sometimes you are absent in mind...

Oh hang on - am I repeating my self?
You have may have noticed I do that sometimes
It happens when I forget the last thing that I thought
I think the thought I was thinking just died!

But before you judge, let me tell you this much
Its not strait forward as you shall see
It's drive that drives us, a COMPULSION to FOCUS!
YEAH I know that that sounds hard to believe.

Now if I've left you some what confused by now
Then You might know what its like to be me
And although I don't think the world's got it right yet
  Just for now we shall call it ADD.
